Just Thinking (GetSavedToday#)

Genesis 3: 8-11 says “And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden. And the Lord God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?”

Isn’t it interesting that the first knowledge Adam acquired outside God (after his act of disobedience), was about his nakedness and his shame. It was about his worthlessness and then FEAR next. None of these existed before his disobedience. It is called the POWER OF SIN.
Do you feel?
Low self-Estimate?
Do you feel uncomfortable in Church and amongst fellow Believers?
Check your action and thoughts and ask yourself, are they contrary to God’s Word and Will? Have you been disobedient to God? You are under the Power of Sin.

Romans 7:21-23 says, “I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me. For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.”
Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing can save nor deliver from the power of sin apart from the person of Jesus… Acts 4:12

Jesus has already saved and delivered when he died on the cross. Romans 5:8 “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” It is a finished work by Jesus.
All you need to do is in Romans 10:10-13 “For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
