Healthy Heart

Just a Thought: The Heart. It is a vital organ of the body, in fact it is the only Organ that keeps the body alive, pumping blood and oxygen into other organs and around the entire body. It’s the only organ that its stoppage means means instant death, the whole body shutdown (this is devoid of medical technicalities). We know by the Genesis account of Creation that God created man in His image and likeness, so the positioning of the heart as it relates to its functions and essence is not a coincidence or mistake but a deliberate and eternal design by God for the existence of man…WHY? I do not know.Medically there is the need to take good care of the heart hence we see Cooking Oil claiming to be heart friendly, calling to incorporate physical exercise as part of daily living(aerobics and fitness trainings), eat right, live right, all to avoid heart diseases like stroke, heart failure, high blood pressure, etc. While all these are necessary, since the heart from conceived and designed in the spiritual, there are also spiritual things that need to be done to the heart to avoid spiritual heart diseases
